Alexios is a founding partner and CEO of Wealth Avenue. Bringing vast experience in Architectural Design and Construction, he is involved in all aspects of investment management and leads the real estate investment origination and execution. Following completion of a BA in Architecture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, he joined the existing family business – a well-established, award-winning architecture studio originally formed in 1979, and subsequently created the VaCo Group of companies offering integrated architecture, construction, interior design and furniture solutions. Being recognised as a high-rise buildings’ specialist, Alexios is the Country Representative of CTBUH (Council on Tall Building and Urban Habitat) for Greece since 2008, while for the past 3 years he holds the position of Vice President of SADAS-PEA (National Chamber of Greek Architects). A passionate advocate for personal development from a young age, Alexios embarked on training to become a life coach, earning a ”Counselling and Life Coaching” certificate from the University of the Aegean (2017), and a “Certificate in Coaching – AC Accredited” from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (2018). In addition to his primary job function, Alexios is now partner at ApofasiZO - the biggest self-development company in Greece, organising regularly experiential events and personal growth workshops, while he has written two e-books on personal branding. Alexios is also the Founder of “Game of Money” – a Greek online learning platform that offers engaging, effective financial education, aiming to improve people’s financial literacy. He is the person behind the “Game of Money PODCAST” which ranks first in Greece in the Entrepreneurship category on Apple Podcasts.
