Stavros is shareholder and in the advisor board of Wealth Avenue as Head of Constructions.
Bringing vast experience in Civil Engineering and Construction he oversees the constructions of our projects which could include residential and commercial buildings and advises on real estate issues.
He has completed a BA in Civil Engineering at the University of Patras and MSc in Analysis and Design of Earthquake Resistant Structures at the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) In 2012 he established S.M.art Engineering Papoutsellis, a studio that study and construct residential and commercial buildings, advises investors and oversees the real estate procedures. He is a 2nd degree Energy Audit with experience in green buildings.
